Yes! When you purchase both a Vehicle Service Contract and a Home Service Contract together, you save 10% on your total coverage cost. You can add home coverage during the quote process after selecting your auto plan, or vice versa. It's the best way to protect everything that matters.

Our Home Systems Coverage protects heating, electrical, plumbing, and water heater systems. Home Appliance Coverage covers major appliances like refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washer/dryers. Home Total Coverage combines both for complete protection. Each package offers multiple term lengths to fit your budget.

Filing a claim is straightforward. Call the claims number on your fulfillment packet or visit our claims portal. Provide your contract number and describe the issue. We'll authorize the repair at any ASE-certified (auto) or licensed (home) facility, and we pay the repair shop directly — so you don't wait for reimbursement.

No. For vehicle repairs, you can use any ASE-certified mechanic or licensed repair facility nationwide. For home repairs, we work with a network of licensed contractors. You have the flexibility to choose who does the work.

Yes, you can cancel your coverage at any time. You'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your contract. Visit our cancellation page to submit a request, or contact our support team for assistance.

We offer three payment options: pay in full at checkout for a one-time payment, our buy-down plan which splits the cost into an initial payment plus monthly installments, or financing through PayLink with terms of 6, 12, or 18 months and down payment options from 0% to 20%.
